Oh, how we all love when our best-laid plans get messed up and need to be changed.
Well, it just so happens that my characters won’t cooperate with me and insist on changing my plans. And thus, a good servant that I am, I follow their orders.
The original plan was for me to finish Jack’s story, then start working on part two in The Bigwells Chronicles. This plan went up in smoke. At the moment I’m working on re-writing my last year Halloween story into a full book. I’m probably somewhere halfway there. I suspect it won’t be ready for the Halloween, though.
And meanwhile, some other characters have been clamoring for my attention. It’s a pretty short story settled chronologically before the Reality Series. It’s a story from the time of Fey Wars that sprung in my mind when I was writing Timiny’s book. I hope (fingers crossed) that I’ll be able to finish it for Christmas.
Up to fun thing, though.
